Registration Information

We are proud to release the applications for HMUN China 2025. Please review the following information below for instructions on how to apply, the application deadlines, fees, and financial aid. Application Portal (Opening Soon)

To be eligible to apply for HMUN China 2025, applicants must be 13 years of age or older and enrolled in 7th - 12th grade during the time of the conference. In particular, college students are not eligible to apply as a delegate for HMUN China 2025.

Once accepted, students must be accompanied by a faculty advisor. Teachers, university students, parents, administrators, and other adults 18 years of age or older are eligible to serve as faculty advisors. Any individual who is eligible to participate at HMUN China as a delegate is ineligible to serve as a faculty advisor.

Registration Fees &
Financial Aid

Delegate Fees: 3980 RMB (for Chinese domestic) or 550 USD (for all else)

Faculty Advisor Fees: 1500 RMB (for Chinese domestic) or 200 USD (for all else)

All registration fees must be paid to receive your country assignments. There are no delegation fees assessed for HMUN China 2025. Registration fees do not include hotel fees or any meals.

The HMUN China 2025 Secretariat also understands that the registration fee may be cost prohibitive for some students who are interested in applying to HMUN China. We are proud to offer a financial aid program, which will provide fee waivers for accepted applicants. Please note that financial aid is not guaranteed, and applicants should strive to provide as much information as possible on their application to maximize their chances of receiving financial aid.
